      保障性住房湖边公寓鸟瞰图海西晨报讯(记者郭钦转通讯员洪耘)昨日上午,保障性住房湖边公寓开工建设,该项目是继今年仁和公寓、雍厝公寓项目后,厦门今年开工的又一个公共租赁房项目,公寓将于2020年建成。

    项目位于软件园二期周边,其总占地面积万平方米,总建筑面积万平方米,建成后可提供1240套公共租赁住房,机动车位457个,有利于缓解周边软件园区人才居住压力。湖边公寓项目位于金山路与虎仔山西路交叉口西南侧,选址交通便利,目前周边路网已形成。

    项目500米范围内有多路公交车经过,可接驳火车站南广场、前埔BRT枢纽站、枋湖长途车站、会展中心公交场站等,且项目距离轨道2号线岭兜站步行约15分钟,具有十分便捷的公共交通网络,方便住户出行。

    另外,项目还配套建设生鲜超市、洗衣房、健身房、商业服务设施,满足住户生活需求。
